This phase is all about prioritizing yourself—nourishing both your mind and body to create a strong foundation for overall well-being. We’ll focus on healing from the inside out, getting back to the basics with daily practices, and incorporating deeper healing techniques to support long-term vitality.

Through weekly challenges and insights from expert guest speakers, you'll have the opportunity to explore holistic wellness strategies, develop sustainable habits, and reconnect with what your body truly needs. It’s time to invest in yourself, restore balance, and elevate your well-being.
The Mind & Body Phase is a 7-week journey dedicated to prioritizing yourself—guilt-free. This phase is all about putting your health, well-being, and personal needs first so you can feel and look your best while showing up as the best version of yourself.

Each day, you’ll have simple, intentional tasks to check off, helping you stay consistent in your self-care without feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the phase, we’ll also have weekly guest speakers who will share their expertise on topics that enhance both physical and mental health. You’ll have the opportunity to take on deeper weekly challenges, allowing you to explore new habits, break through limitations, and elevate your overall well-being.

This phase covers a wide range of transformative topics, including breathwork and meditation to regulate stress and enhance focus, pelvic floor and core strengthening for long-term body support, and cycle syncing and hormonal health to help you work with your body’s natural rhythms through all stages of life, including pre-menopause and menopause. We will also explore skincare and body detoxification, learning how to nourish, cleanse, and care for ourselves from the inside out.

Beyond the personal growth and transformation, this program is about community. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded women who are here to support, motivate, and uplift each other, making the journey even more enjoyable. To keep things exciting, we offer overall winner prizes and opportunities to earn free access to the next phase for those who stay engaged and committed.

Makeover Challenge
Registration for Phase II is now open, and we can’t wait for you to join us! With the program officially starting on April 13th 2026, registration closes on April 3rd, 2025, allowing us time to prepare and complete some light pre-program homework before diving in.

When you register, you’ll receive a hard-copy journal to guide you through the journey. This journal will help you stay on track with daily tasks, weekly challenges, and self-reflections, all designed to enhance your well-being and keep you motivated.
​
You’ll also gain access to our private Facebook group, a supportive online space where all guest speaker sessions will be streamed live. If you can’t attend a session in real time, no worries—replays will be available, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient for you.
We all come to this program with different reasons and goals, but our shared mission is simple: to feel better. This is a judgment-free, supportive community where everyone is at their own stage of personal growth, and that’s what makes it so special.

Over the course of seven weeks, we’ll focus on building healthy habits through daily tasks and engaging weekly challenges. Now that Phase I has helped us declutter and organize our homes, we’ve created more mental space, time, and energy to dedicate to ourselves. In this phase, the focus shifts to nourishing and caring for our bodies.

My name is Ashley Keller
After completing the rigorous 75 Hard program in 2018, I’ve led over 11 distinct challenges, refining and evolving them to better serve our community. With the guidance of coaching, insights into energy, and the privilege of assisting others on their journeys, I’ve created a holistic program that nurtures the mind, body, and soul, while also focusing on creating an inspiring home environment.
​
As a host, I curate expert guest speakers from various fields to guide us, and I organize resources for tracking, checking in, and staying accountable. If you're seeking additional nutrition and workout guidance, I can connect you with expert trainers.
​
I’m also a full-time working mother to a toddler, so I understand the challenges of juggling life. Over the years, I’ve learned that putting ourselves first is key to everything else falling into place. When we prioritize our well-being, we handle stress better, build confidence, feel more productive, and show up more fully in every area of our lives.
​
This program has naturally evolved into a supportive community of women, where we uplift and relate to one another through shared experiences. While I’m not perfect and have faced my own emotional challenges, we show up for our own mental health—and for each other.
