Over the past months, we’ve nurtured our homes, bodies, and souls. Now, it’s time to focus on a key component of a balanced, fulfilling life: our finances.
Financial well-being isn't just about managing money; it’s about reducing stress, creating stability, and opening doors to new opportunities. By mastering money management, we can significantly improve our overall sense of well-being and freedom.
Money can be a tricky and sometimes uncomfortable subject.
Many of us avoid it altogether because financial planning feels overwhelming or unfamiliar. But in the next seven weeks, we’re breaking through those barriers together. We’ll explore your current financial picture, develop strategies to eliminate debt, build an emergency fund, and set a foundation for long-term wealth through smart investing.
During this 7 week phase, we’ll also continue the daily lifestyle habits that have been core to our program.
We’ll stay committed to daily movement, hydration, eating whole foods, journaling, practicing gratitude, and affirmations. By consistently prioritizing our physical, mental, and now financial health, we become better partners, parents, employees, and—most importantly—better for ourselves.

More Details About The Mind and Money Makeover Challenge
Registration for this phase is open until October 20TH, giving us time to prep and complete some light homework before we officially begin on October 27TH.
When you register, you’ll receive a hard copy of the journal that will guide you through daily tasks, weekly challenges, and your personal journey to well-being.
You’ll also gain access to our private Facebook group, where all guest speaker sessions will be streamed live. If you can’t attend a live session, don’t worry—replays will be available so you can watch at your convenience.
Each of us joins for different reasons, with unique goals, but the shared objective is simple: to feel better. This is a supportive, non-judgmental community where everyone is at a different point in their wellness journey, and that’s completely okay.
The program runs for 7 weeks, with daily tasks that repeat to help build healthy habits, alongside changing weekly challenges. In this phase, we’ll focus on financial wellness—just in time to finish Quarter 4 strong. Together, we’ll set Christmas shopping limits, organize our finances, and put new systems in place to carry us confidently into 2026.
Your goal is to check off as many daily tasks as you can, and if life throws something your way—whether it’s a trip, surgery, or a busy schedule—you can still join us. This program is about creating a lifestyle of healthy habits that fit into your life, no matter the circumstances.

My name is Ashley Keller
I’ve been on a continuous journey of growth — navigating different phases of life, managing my thyroid and Hashimoto’s, and learning how to heal on a deeper level alongside a community of like-minded women.
After completing the 75 Hard program back in 2018, I started creating my own versions of personal growth challenges — and what began as a small idea has now evolved into over 11 unique rounds, each one designed to help us grow mentally, physically, and emotionally. Through coaching, energy work, and a genuine passion for helping others, I’ve built a holistic program that supports the mind, body, and soul — while also encouraging us to create homes and routines that feel peaceful and inspiring.
As your host, I bring in amazing guest speakers to share their knowledge and help guide us through each phase. You’ll also get tools and resources to stay consistent, track progress, and hold yourself accountable. And if you’re looking for more personalized support with nutrition or workouts, I can connect you with expert trainers who truly get it.
I’m also a full-time working mom to a busy toddler, so I completely understand how hard it can be to juggle everything. Over time, I’ve learned that when we put ourselves first — even in small ways — everything else flows better. We handle stress differently, show up with more confidence, and feel more balanced in every area of life.
This program has grown into such a special community of women who encourage, relate to, and lift each other up. I’m not perfect and have faced my own emotional ups and downs, but that’s exactly what this space is about — showing up for our mental health and supporting each other through it all.
