Over the next 7 weeks, we’ll embark on a journey inward—one rooted in self-discovery, emotional clarity, and soulful connection. This phase is all about slowing down, tuning into your intuition, and creating space for what truly lights you up—creativity, hobbies, joy, and authentic relationships.

Instead of seeking answers outside of ourselves, we’ll learn to trust our inner wisdom. You’ll be guided to journal as if you’re writing to your very best friend—with kindness, honesty, and love. This simple but powerful practice helps rebuild self-trust, deepen self-love, and create unshakable confidence from within.

Each week offers new challenges designed to gently stretch you—inviting more presence, purpose, and play into your everyday life. You’ll explore grounding practices, reconnect with what brings you joy, and nurture the parts of yourself that are ready to feel seen and supported.

We’ll move through this journey together with a like-minded community and guest speakers who’ll share powerful insights around energy, emotional wellness, creativity, and soulful living. You’ll even have the chance to win the overall winner.

Makeover Challenge

Registration for Phase One is now open, and we can’t wait to have you join us! With the program officially starting on January 6th, 2025, registration closes on December 30th, 2024, giving us time to prepare and complete some light pre-program homework before diving in.

When you register, you’ll receive a hard-copy journal to guide you through the journey before the start date. This journal will help you stay on track with daily tasks, weekly challenges, and self-reflections, all designed to enhance your well-being and keep you motivated.

 

You’ll also gain access to our private Facebook group, a supportive online space where all guest speaker sessions will be streamed live. If you can’t attend a session in real time, no worries—replays will be available, so you can catch up at your convenience.

We all come to this program for different reasons and with unique goals, but our shared mission is simple: to feel better. This is a judgment-free, supportive community where everyone is at their own stage of personal growth, and that’s what makes it so special.

Over the course of seven weeks, we’ll focus on building healthy habits with daily tasks and engaging weekly challenges. In this phase, we’re taking it a step further by enhancing our homes—decluttering, organizing, and decorating to create a calm and inspiring environment. This focus will help you start the new year feeling refreshed and supported, with a space that truly reflects your style and helps you achieve clarity in your goals.

Your Host

My name is Ashley Keller

After completing the rigorous 75 Hard program in 2018, I’ve led over 11 distinct challenges, refining and evolving them to better serve our community. With the guidance of coaching, insights into energy, and the privilege of assisting others on their journeys, I’ve created a holistic program that nurtures the mind, body, and soul, while also focusing on creating an inspiring home environment.

As a host, I curate expert guest speakers from various fields to guide us, and I organize resources for tracking, checking in, and staying accountable. If you're seeking additional nutrition and workout guidance, I can connect you with expert trainers.

I’m also a full-time working mother to a toddler, so I understand the challenges of juggling life. Over the years, I’ve learned that putting ourselves first is key to everything else falling into place. When we prioritize our well-being, we handle stress better, build confidence, feel more productive, and show up more fully in every area of our lives.

This program has naturally evolved into a supportive community of women, where we uplift and relate to one another through shared experiences. While I’m not perfect and have faced my own emotional challenges, we show up for our own mental health—and for each other.
