​This phase is all about prioritizing ourselves and cultivating healthy habits that lead to a balanced life. Together, we’ll create a clean and organized home environment that not only nurtures your well-being but also inspires peace and productivity.

Welcome to the start of a transformative year! Over the next 7 weeks, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, focusing on daily tasks and weekly challenges designed to declutter, clean, and organize our homes. By creating a calm and peaceful environment for you and your family, we’ll clear out stagnant energy and invite in fresh, inspiring vibes that elevate our living spaces.

Our journey begins at home, where we’ll also prioritize moving our bodies, practicing daily gratitude, and nourishing ourselves with whole foods while limiting or removing alcohol from our diets. With our journals as accountability partners, you’ll find that daily prompts will inspire your reflections and help you stay on track. Each week, we’ll check in and prepare for another successful week ahead, fostering a sense of community and support among like-minded women.

As we enter a new year, it’s time to set new intentions. Women often put their needs last, but by prioritizing ourselves, we can become better role models, mothers, and partners. Feeling good attracts abundance and opens doors to new opportunities aligned with our goals. Makeover Challenge

Registration for Phase One is officially open, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
The program begins January 12th, 2026, with registration closing on January 1st to give everyone time to prepare and complete a light pre-program homework task.

When you register, you’ll receive a hard-copy journal—your roadmap for the next seven weeks. Inside, you'll find daily tasks, weekly challenges, guided self-reflection, and practical tools to keep you grounded and motivated. If you need your journal mailed, a $20 postage fee applies.

You’ll also gain access to our private Facebook group, where the real magic happens. This is our supportive, judgment-free space where everyone shares progress, asks questions, and uplifts one another. We all join for different reasons and with different goals—but our mission is the same: to feel better, inside and out.

Room Makeovers, Home Energy, and Weekly Support

In this phase, we take things a step further by focusing on the environment you live in every day—your home. Throughout the seven weeks, I’ll be offering budget-friendly room makeover advice, personalized suggestions, and practical guidance to help you declutter, organize, refresh, and elevate the spaces you spend the most time in. Even small, inexpensive changes can shift the energy of your home and deeply support your mindset and mood.

My name is Ashley Keller

After completing the rigorous 75 Hard program in 2018, I’ve now led more than 11 transformative challenges—refining and evolving them each round to better support our community. Through years of coaching, mindset work, energy awareness, and helping women on their personal journeys, I’ve created a holistic program that nurtures the mind, body, soul, and now—your home.

As both a Realtor and a room-makeover specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply our environment affects our mood, clarity, stress levels, and overall well-being. That’s why the Mind & Home phase focuses on transforming both your inner world and the space you live in. Throughout the seven weeks, I offer budget-friendly makeover ideas, personalized suggestions, decluttering strategies, paint and furniture placement recommendations, and step-by-step guidance during each weekly challenge so your home begins to support the lifestyle and energy you want moving into a new year.

I’m also a full-time working mother to a toddler, so I understand the reality of juggling careers, family, emotions, and personal goals. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that when we prioritize ourselves—even in small, sustainable ways—everything else becomes easier. We handle stress more gracefully, we feel more confident, we’re more productive, and we’re able to show up more fully in every area of our lives.

What began as a simple challenge has grown into a supportive community of women committed to improving their mindset, routines, homes, and overall well-being. I’m not perfect, and I’ve faced my own challenges—but that’s exactly what makes this space so powerful. We grow together, encourage each other, and show up for our own mental health.

Mind, body, soul, and home—this phase brings it all together, giving you a fresh start from the inside out.
